Who we are

Minty Homes LLC is a real estate investment company. We are not real estate agents or brokers, we don't represent sellers or buyers, and we don't give legal, tax or financial advice. You're welcome to have an attorney, agent or other advisor review any offer or contract.

Assignment of contracts

When we sign a contract to buy a property, we may close on it ourselves or assign the contract to another buyer, and we may profit from doing so. Before you sign, we'll tell you this in writing, including any separate disclosure your state requires.
