Privacy policy

Last updated October 26, 2026

This policy explains what Minty Homes LLC (“Mint Homes,” “we”) collects through this website and how we use it.

What we collect

When you fill out a form, we collect what you type in: your name, phone number, email, the property's address, your answers about the house and your plans, and any photos of the property you choose to upload. Investors who join our deal list also tell us what they buy and how they close. We note which ad or link brought you to our site.

Why we collect it

We use it to call, text or email you about selling your property (or, for investors, about deals that fit), and to understand which of our ads work. We only call or text you if you agreed to it on the form.

Who sees it

Only the people on our team. We store it with the tools we use to run the business, such as Google (for our records, photos and email). If you go under contract with us, we may share property details with a buyer, a title company or an attorney to complete the sale. We never sell your information.

Texts and calls

You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP. You can ask us to stop calling by telling us on the phone.

Deleting your information

To have us delete your information, reply to any text or call from us. We'll delete it within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it (for example, records of a completed sale).

Cookies and ads

We may use advertising pixels (such as Meta's) to see which ads lead to form submissions. They do not send your form answers to advertisers.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
